Founded in 2006 in Equatorial Guinea, BANGE (National Bank of Equatorial Guinea) is a banking institution with Equatorial Guinean capital that has established itself as a key player in the African financial sector.
As part of its regional expansion strategy, it reached a major milestone in 2023 with the acquisition of 69.87% of the capital of CCEI Bank Benin, thus strengthening its presence in the WAEMU region.

BANGE partners with the German fund African Development Corporation (ADC), marking a decisive step in its expansion and internationalization strategy.
2012
The most profitable year in its history. The Equatorial Guinean state buys back ADC's shares and becomes the majority shareholder with 60% of the bank's capital.
2013
BANGE is embarking on accelerated growth with the opening of five new branches and a major restructuring plan to modernize its operations.
