List of required documents: accounts, establishments, liberal professions, SARL, SAS, SA, GIE, state-owned companies

- For each signatory:

• Copy of a valid identity document (CNI, passport, CIP, residence permit).
• Two (2) passport-sized photographs (4x4).
• Proof of the promoter’s address (CIP, SONEB/SBEE utility bill, or residence certificate).
• Copy of the promoter’s IFU (for residents in Benin).

- For the company:

• Copy of the RCCM extract issued less than 3 months ago (except for liberal professions). ➡️ One must be provided for each company forming the GIE.
• Copy of the articles of association (except for establishments).
• Copy of the official gazette (except for liberal professions and state-owned companies).
• Copy of the company’s IFU (except for liberal professions).
• Proof of the registered office address (e.g. SONEB/SBEE utility bill for the head office).
• Minutes (PV) of the General Assembly meeting appointing the signatories or a memorandum of agreement (for GIE).
• Copy of the Director’s appointment decree (for state-owned companies).
• Minutes of oath-taking, letter of assignment of duties, or ministerial authorization (for liberal professions).
• Minutes of the Board of Directors or General Assembly resolution appointing the executives and signatories, specifying their powers (for public limited companies – SA).
• Copy of the IFU of each company forming the Economic Interest Group (GIE).
