Financing of service and supply contracts

1. For established companies (more than 1 year):

• Have achieved a minimum annual turnover of FCFA 10 million.
• Provide certified financial statements for the last three years.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in the relevant sector, or provide technical references deemed sufficient from similar projects (execution certificates for at least 02 similar contracts, provisional acceptance reports, account statements, etc.).
• Be compliant with tax authorities.

2. For newly established companies (less than 1 year):

• Have qualified personnel to justify successful experience in similar projects (supervision or execution).
• Be compliant with tax authorities.
• Have a complete account opening file in accordance with the submission date.
