List of required documents for embassy/NGO accounts

- For each signatory:

• Copy of a valid identity document (CNI, passport, CIP, residence permit).
• Two (2) passport-sized photographs (4x4).
• Proof of the promoter’s address (CIP, SONEB/SBEE utility bill, or residence certificate).
• Copy of the promoter’s IFU (for residents in Benin).

- For the organization:

• Copy of the authorization issued by the supervisory ministry (for NGOs).
• Copy of the accreditation letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or the decree or appointment act of the ambassador or representative.
• Copy of the headquarters agreement, where applicable.
• Copy of the authorization from the Ministry of Economy and Finance or the BCEAO for foreign currency accounts.
• Proof of the registered office address (e.g. SBEE/SONEB utility bill for the head office).
