List of required documents: accounts, associations, mutuals, cooperatives, federations, unions, etc.

- For each signatory:

• Copy of a valid identity document (CNI, passport, CIP, residence permit).
• Two (2) passport-sized photographs (4x4).
• Proof of the promoter’s address (CIP, SONEB/SBEE utility bill, or residence certificate).
• Copy of the promoter’s IFU (for residents in Benin).

- For the company:

• Copy of the operating license (for cooperatives and mutual organizations).
• Minutes (PV) authorizing the opening of the account and appointing the signatories, as well as the operating procedures.
• Copy of the articles of association and internal regulations signed by the president (for associations).
• Minutes of the latest elective General Assembly.
• Attendance list signed by all members.
• Copy of the association registration receipt (Supervisory Ministry).
• Proof of the registered office address (e.g. SBEE/SONEB utility bill for the head office).
